Program overview

The ZING Activ gymnastics program is our most in demand sports offering all year round. By participating in our lessons, students grow, develop and gain an understanding of how to safely move their body. Students also develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and agility, which are necessary to play many other sports.

Our gymnastics program is aligned to the ‘HPE Australian curriculum’ along with the ‘PDHPE NSW Syllabus’. All outcomes covered can be found further on this page.

Students love the variety and engaging equipment that we bring to schools. Many of the activities in our lessons also allow students to develop their team work skills through partner and group games.

ZING Activ is an approved provider for gymnastics if using the Sporting Schools grant and we are also a “Preferred Provider” to schools with Gymnastics NSW.
