Since 2012, our team has organised and hosted 1,000+ school athletics carnivals. Our smallest carnival involved 83 students and our largest carnival for 940 students.

Why have so many schools booked their carnival with us?

Prior to carnival day, our dedicated Events Team professionally organise your carnival by creating your runsheet and venue map (coordinators love this!)

On carnival day, we setup all the events (using our equipment) and have it all ready to go for when your students arrive at the venue (parents are impressed by this!)

Our staff are assigned to specific events to officiate and we also train your teachers how to officiate. Our team can get through large group sizes with limited time, ensuring your event runs on time (teachers are thankful for this!)

At the end of the carnival, our systems and processes have contributed to an easy and stress free carnival experience for everyone.
